1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Findom UK platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Findom UK Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or clicking "I Agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Findom UK Ltd.
2 Eligibility & Age Verification
To use Findom UK, you must:
- Be at least 20 years of age. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding minors accessing the Platform.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Not be prohibited from accessing adult content under applicable laws.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where access to this type of platform is prohibited by law.
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide regarding your age and identity is accurate. We reserve the right to require additional age verification at any time and to terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
We comply with the requirements of the UK Online Safety Act 2023 with respect to age assurance for adult content platforms.
3 Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and not share it with any third party.
- Notify us immediately at support@findomuk.co.uk of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
- Not create more than one account per person without our prior written consent.
- Not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to another person.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
4 Acceptable Use & Community Standards
All interactions on Findom UK must be consensual, respectful, and legal. You agree that you will not:
- Harass, threaten, coerce, stalk, or intimidate any other member.
- Post, share, or solicit illegal content of any kind, including but not limited to content that exploits or depicts minors.
- Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deception of any kind.
- Attempt to circumvent our verification, safety, or payment systems.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity.
- Solicit or pressure other members into financial transactions outside the Platform's payment system.
- Discriminate against or harass members on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Facilitate or encourage any activity that constitutes exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual financial extraction.
- Share another member's personal information without their explicit consent ("doxxing").
Violation of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion, without refund.
5 User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Findom UK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to post the content.
- The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- The content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
- All individuals depicted in any content are adults who have consented to the content being shared.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice.
6 Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription Fees
Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. All fees are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (including your statutory rights under UK consumer law). If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at billing@findomuk.co.uk.
In-Platform Transactions
All financial transactions between members must be conducted through our secure, built-in payment system. We charge a platform fee on transactions, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete any payment. We are not responsible for transactions conducted outside the Platform.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
7 Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8 Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and all content created by Findom UK, is owned by or licenced to us and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
9 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, actions, or representations of any member. Connections and transactions between members are entirely between those members.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10 Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law) shall survive.
You may request permanent deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by this clause.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
